Il Monastero, located in the historic center, on Via Corso, takes its name from the Farfensi Benedictine monks, who settled in the Piceno between the eleventh and twelfth centuries and whose representation was also traced to Monteprandone. This building, part of the walls of 1500, is infact adjacent to what was at the time monastery and church farfense of San Leonardo, one of the oldest buildings in the country. Il Monastero is the result of a careful restoration that lasted several years, during which Giovanni, the owner, dedicated himself with passion and painstaking work to the rebirth of this building. The continuous search of authentic pieces, the use of recovered architectural materials and the work of the best local artisans, have brought to light the original spirit of the structure. No details have been left to chance, even the lighting and modern elements have been designed to enhance the ancient and maintain a dimension harmoniously integrated with the soul and history of the village.
Il Monastero is located in Monteprandone, a charming old village, a few kilometers from the beach of San Benedetto del Tronto, which is located on a hill and offers a wonderful view, from the sea to the mountains.
