The company De Carlonis to ensure the quality and safety of its products has put in place a system based on the principles of H.A.C.C.P.: operators carry out checks along the entire production chain, starting from the reception of raw materials, until the finished product is removed. The suppliers of food raw materials are carefully selected by the owners and the entire production process is monitored through a careful analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products and environments, in order to verify both compliance with legal requirements and the correct application of internal operating procedures.
The company De Carlonis produces both dry egg pasta (maccheroncini, fettuccine, chitarrine, tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, maltagliati, quadrellini, quadrelli and strozzapreti) and fresh egg pasta (maccheroncini, chitarrine, tagliatelle, sfoglia and gnocchetti), also filled (tortellini, cappelletti and ravioli). Also worthy of note are the ready-to-bake specialties, including: omelettes, crepes, cannelloni, lasagne, rollè, olive all'ascolana, cremini and mozzarelline panate.
