Eco+home is a wood steel mixed construction system. It is a structural core in steel, combined with wooden panels. The insertion of the steel structure gives greater seismic safety and each wooden panel collaborates with this structure, making it more resistant. To this double supporting structure are added two layers, internal and external in wood fiber, which give a coefficient of transmittance around 0.16, thus satisfying all the existing climatic zones in Italy and, simply adding a heat pump, Energy class A4 is reached. The strength of these wooden-steel structures is the speed of assembly: once the metal structure is mounted the walls are closed very fast. The external finish is completely free and at the customer’s choice, from plaster to coating in any material. Another fundamental concept is standardization from any customized project to optimize the production and assembly phase. The use of mixed steel-wood technology allows the construction of new structures, allows to raise existing buildings safely and lightly, resulting in an improvement of the existing building both in terms of seismic and energy saving and, moreover, it fully meets the requirements of adaptation to the sismabonus, ecobonus and superbonus 110%.
