The Top Security Guard Srls was born from the decades of experience of the company’s owner Mauro Cesari who, thanks to years of intense professional collaboration with various national structures, has gained considerable experience in the field of Safety, Security & Service. The structure is authorized pursuant to article 134 of the T.U.L.P.S.(Institute of Private Supervision), issued by the Prefecture of Ascoli Piceno, to security and reception services in the field of sports Stewarding, referred to in Ministerial Decree 13/08/2019; control services in entertainment venues with Adepts to control services regularly registered in the Register held by the Prefectures(UTG), in Ministerial Decree 06/10/2009). The Top Security Guard Srls provides custody and unarmed surveillance services throughout the country(activity of porter, reference ministerial circular 15/12/2008, according to the provisions of article 256-bis third paragraph of the implementing regulation of the T.U.L.P.S., as amended by Decree of the President of the Republic 153/2008), access control and attendance, filter in reception to the public, area monitoring, plant efficiency verification, goods/materials control and verification, fire prevention garrison, VIP and N.C.C. accompaniment. In each service is provided for the employment of staff hired in the terms of law and with training appropriate to the tasks assigned, the provision of appropriate equipment (PPE) to perform the service and uniform clothing to all employees. The ACADEMY area of the Top Security Guard Srls is accredited, at the National Observatory on Sports Events(Ministry of Interior -Department of Public Security) by Decree of 22 February 2018 N. 555/ONMS/59/2018, for the training of personnel for the Stewarding activity. To protect customers and employees, the company has taken out the following insurance: RCT(third party liability) with a maximum of €. 4,000,000.00; RCC(contractual liability) with a maximum of €. 2,000,000.00. In recognition of the Presidency of the Republic to the Top Security Guard Srls, since May 2014, has started a trusting collaboration with the Regiment of Cuirassiers at the Presidency of the Republic for the supply of goods and services related to the security of people and things, as well as global service(Registration number Register 1810-14).
